My bad attitude mostly stemmed from the fact that I didn't want to be at the job most days. Despite being very easy work, I created a bad vibe when I had to handle verification. In addition to that, I'd also become very upset when someone called in and I had a hard time understanding them (foreign calls). It was pure ignorance on my part.
